We have an in-house, full-service Title and Escrow Company ready to handle any and all real estate transactions. We have two on-staff attorneys well-versed in real estate and the ins and outs of title insurance. We currently write for Agents National Title Insurance Company. Our office can begin the transaction by writing a contract, provide the title insurance, and coordinate and complete the closing, including preparation of the conveyance deed.

Cantrell & Nicholson, LLC was first established by Charles C. Cantrell more than 40 years ago. Known then as Cantrell & Oberzalek Law Office, Charles C. Cantrell and Robert (Bob) Oberzalek practiced together for more than 20 years. Deedra L. Nicholson joined the law office in 2011 as an intern, and worked closely with both Charles and Bob until Bob's passing in 2017. In 2018, after graduating from law school, Deedra L. Nicholson was made a partner in the firm. Deedra is now the sole owner of Cantrell & Nicholson, LLC, and is carrying on the legacy of accurate and efficient legal services.
